Poetry Yolen is trivial: The Scarecrow Course / With painted ears, / And cried a bucket / Painted in tears. Adults will find this story of faith and duty edifying, but the kids prefer nighttime adventure in the Farm Bill Martin and John Archambault Barn Dance!
